I have decided to go with a blog format for the family web site. I have endured endless frustration with the Yahoo web site. So I'm throwing in the towel and giving this format a try. I know the look is different, but I hope you will still enjoy it. Some posts may be rather short, but I should be able to update more frequently, keeping up with current news and photos.
Be sure to sign on as a follower so we can all see how many in our big family are checking in!

Lew hired a man that lives up the hill from us to go up into our woods and widen the paths with his dozer. This man has a huge metal barn, full of tractors (newer and antiques) and all sorts of heavy-duty equipment. He's 77 and still going strong! He used to be an operator on construction, so he and Lew have lots in common.

| Saturday, September 25: Timmy ran a 5K (3.1 mile) race and finished in first place in the male, 50-54 age group. He turned 53 this past Monday. Not too shabby! |
