Snow Days

C O W     P O O P
It's been one cold winter!  Not much  news from the kinfolk these days.  Nancy, Patty, Mary Ann, Cathy and I are going to take Aunt Theresa to lunch on 1/26.  We are very  much looking forward to spending some time with her.  Nancy is scheduled for another scan the first week in March, so let's pray for her that all will be well!  Please send my family news and photos any time.

Ye Olde Snowshoes have a new look!
Mary Ann and Linwood go for their first nature hike with their new snowshoes.

Mary Ann had a great time and highly recommends these shoes.

"Waaahhh----I'm COLD!!!!!!"  (our grandson)

Carol's' grandson takes his first sled ride.

Steve takes Noah to Jennifer's country home for sledding.  Katie shows him how it's done.

"Ronin" Pays Us A Visit (when we are not home).
Nancy drove over to our place when we were gone at Christmastime, just to check on things.  Brett had never seen our home, so he came along with his dog, "Ronin," and took a short hike on our property.

They find the little
cabin in the woods.

 Somebody looks a bit tired!

Pleasant thought!
Lacey's work of art.
BRRRRR . . .
Mary Ann's and Cathy's homes blanketed in snow.
Think WARM!
Jeff took a late November vacation to the Maldives and Qatar.  He went scuba diving several times, and a professional photographer took a few pictures on one of those dives.

The Moray eel has to be one of the ugliest, scariest creatures ever!

. . . Back to reality

Outside snowy and cold  . . .
Lacey makes fruit tarts to enjoy on a wintry weekend.
Of course for the southerners in the family this is all very irrelevant!

Snow---what snow?!

Dianne sent me these pictures a while back.  Davey, her son, and Jeff, her husband are hamming it up as Little Harpo and Harpo before the opening curtain of the vaudeville-themed play,
The Sunshine Boys.
Dianne directed this production for the Penfield Players last November.  Congrats to Davey, Jeff, and Dianne who all won awards from the Theatre Association of NYS for this production!

That's it for now!
