The Cows Have Come Home

The POOP:

I haven't been on my computer much, other than to quickly check my mail.  Here is the first  installment of my backlog of family photos. 

Barry puts a roof over their front porch.

Barry has ground duty for a few minutes while Jim Mayo and Jim Hillman (Christi's husband) are on the roof.  The day the two Jims came over to help a LOT got accomplished!  What great workers!


The major portion of the project is done---the under side of the roof must be installed and some railing replaced.  Still, it was good enough to have a July 4th get together there.  Mary Ann, Lin, and Lew and I got to be the first ones to enjoy the SHADE on their porch.

Actually, the verdict had not come down at this point, but it makes a great caption considering the look on my face:)

I watched "Radar" for a few days in June.  Nancy stopped over for coffee and obliged "Radar" in his favorite pass time:  fetching a ball.

Cathy and Jim watched Kiera for a long weekend.  They enjoyed a marshmallow roast with their new fire pit.  Great Grandma and Grampa were there, too.

Brett loves getting out into nature---hiking with "Ronin" every chance he gets.

Pi Man BBQ's up a storm for July 4th and Kerry relaxes with all the critters.
