Turkey day is just a memory. Here are some photos of the kinfolk celebrating. Also, I just finished selecting and resizing my favorite photos of Billy's visit to Arkansas. That will be my next post. Some great pictures of Billy, Tommy, Judy and Carol.
Lindsay and Jason, with their three adorable boys, traveled from Texas to be with Tommy and Judy. Thanks for sharing, Tommy!
Tommy and Judy have a very large family and are always on the go. So the day after Thanksgiving they had their Christmas with Jason, Linsday and family.
The faces say it all!

Fine Dining (sort of) in Redneck Country.
We knew that we would be dining on "free-range" turkeys, but didn't realize that they had "free range" of the dining room!
Sprague's Maple Farms was worth the drive to Portville, NY. The grounds and restaurant are immaculate, the food wonderful---we had a great time!
I copied this pic from Lacey's blog. She did a great job describing our day, so check it out (link to "Lake Life" on the right side of this page).
We all felt that we got the best table in the house. It was round and large---very roomy. The restaurant had booths lining the walls and square tables on the interior. We had the view of the whole place from our corner table.
Home cookin'----we women are a tough crowd and all gave it a five star rating!
It is a MAPLE farm, so they offered maple pumpkin pie and maple custard for desserts (among others). Nancy, Barry and Lacey got the custard, but pumpkin was my choice. It did not dissapoint and the presentation was great!

Celebrating Thanksgiving at home is special, but things do change. We enjoyed good food and family and didn't miss the cleanup one bit!
HOME-STYLE GATHERING

Gregory is "da man!"
Gregory with his prizes for winning the Livonia Spelling Bee (6th, 7th and 8th graders). He also won an online language course and a subscription to the Encyclopedia Britannica as well as a Scripps dictionary. His winning word was "malevolent." Congrats Gregory!
One more thing:
Sorry, Tommy, that your Thanksgiving holiday was marred by this event!
Battle of the southern bros:

That's all!

Wonderful pics, and way to go, Gregory!
